Hello folks, I recently bought an 2020 Acura MDX and scheduled my first service appointment. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Depending on your service, Acura would like for you to wait around for an hour to two hours. Not to mention, being rude, don't switch over from other luxury vehicles. I have had several BMWs and Mercedes, but far better service! Don't deal with this dealership!
Installed the OEM hitch & harness for my MDX. Shout out to Stephanie, Tabitha, & Chris in the parts dept for answering all my questions. Smooth customer service experience from the phone lines to the in person appointment.
I had my 2013 ILX detailed yesterday and did a great job. My advisor was also great and made sure my car was ready when I needed it.
First thing first, I just wannna say thank you to AR for helping me with my car purchasing experience. As soon i turn park and got out the car he came walking up and said how can I help you told him what I was looking for and 10-15 min later we were test driving the car, he answered all my questions and made my buying experience easy and fast. He even gave me pizza for waiting, also the finance guy I forgot his name (so sorry) help me answer even more of my questions and was super nice. This is probably my last Acura I will be purchasing for now but if I ever do decide I will definitely come back to this branch! I’m from San Francisco and it’s worth the drive! Thank you AR and the team!

Third timing coming to the service center and every time I have been met with friendly and helpful employees who are knowledgeable and genuinely seem happy to help. Make sure you schedule a lot of time to sit and wait if you are waiting or a plan to use their shuttle service. Peet's coffee and snacks provided, free WiFi, and comfy chairs that do fill up when they are busy so I did feel like I had to sit to keep a chair. Thankful it doesn't smell like a car place!
Apart from giving me a great deal and being my birthday twin (Johnny - Sales Manager), great customer service! Very welcoming and a big shout out to AR and Esmeralda for making me feel secure about my decision!
